Prototype terms
TALZA pilot terms of use
These terms are for the prototype and pilot stage. They must be reviewed by a qualified legal professional before commercial launch.
Candidate use
Candidates must provide accurate information, complete assessments themselves and keep their availability up to date. Anonymised candidate cards may be browsed publicly in reduced form; identity is only ever released through the consent-led introduction process. A candidate may deactivate their profile, withdraw consents in the consent centre, or request removal from the pilot.
Employer use
Employers must complete the required acknowledgements before browsing live candidates or requesting introductions. Employers must not attempt to identify or approach candidates outside the TALZA introduction process, must declare prior contact honestly, and must use candidate information only to evaluate employment fit.
Platform integrity
Fraud, bypassing and false declarations damage the marketplace.
Assessment integrity: candidates must complete assessments without another person completing them on their behalf.
Prior contact: employers must declare whether they already knew or had contacted the candidate.
Audit trail: TALZA records key actions for review, dispute handling and due diligence.
Admin moderation: TALZA may hide, reject or request changes to candidate profiles.
No employment guarantee
TALZA does not guarantee interviews, offers, employment, candidate performance or employer hiring outcomes.
Prototype limitation
This version is a working prototype and pilot system. Some features may change, be removed or be rebuilt during product development.
Commercial launch
Before charging commercial fees at scale, TALZA should implement final legal terms, POPIA documentation, payment terms, refund/credit rules, support processes and security controls.
