Ask a previous manager to vouch for you.

Send a reference request to a former manager or colleague using their work email. They confirm their own name, job title and company, then answer up to ten short rating questions — they can skip anything they were not in a position to judge. The verified rating strengthens your anonymous card. Free email addresses (Gmail, Yahoo, etc.) are not accepted.
